ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika s.r.o is a member of the ORLEN Asfalt Capital Group and was formed as the result of acquiring 100% of the shares in Paramo Asfalt engaged in the sale of bitumen produced in Litvinov and Pardubice. This transaction completed the next stage in the strategic process of the PKN ORLEN group to consolidate the bitumen sector.
As a result of the consolidation, the experience and skills of ORLEN Asfalt and ORLEN Asfalt Česká republika will expand, thereby allowing for the further development of the Group's activities.
As of 19/11/2012 the company will operate under the name of ORLEN Asfalt Ceska republika s.r.o.
The company currently offers bitumens from 4 different locations:
- Pardubice(Czech Republic) – road bitumens, modified bitumens, higly-modified bitumens, multigrade bitumens, oxidised bitumens
- Litvinov (Czech Republic) – road bitumens
- Plock(Poland) – road bitumens, polymer modified road bitumens, higly-modified bitumens
- Trzebinia (Poland) – road bitumens, polymer modified road bitumens, higly-modified bitumens
